My personal journey into parenthood started with the unexpected—a crash emergency cesarean birth as a single mom, welcoming my son. That pivotal moment opened my eyes to the world of birth and parenthood in a profound way.

Feeling the weight of fear during that experience, I made a promise to myself: no mother should face the unknown with that level of apprehension, regardless of the changes or decisions life brings.

My mission is rooted in addressing the gaps in care that exist for expectant couples. It's about filling the void of guidance during this vulnerable journey, regardless of where the path takes you.

Through my own experience, I came to realize the inherent strength and power we possess during the birth process. When I welcomed my daughter through an unmedicated vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), I recognized the potential that lies within all of us.

I'm here to support all types of births—unmedicated, epidural, or cesarean. It's not about a specific path, but rather about empowering you to feel informed, confident, and in control throughout your unique journey into parenthood.
