A prenatal and postpartum Body Ready Method certified coach is someone who coaches expectant mothers through the journey of having a healthy and physiologically sound birth. Anxious about becoming a mother? Nervous about birth? What about after baby arrives? I was in that same spot over 14 years ago, expecting my first child as a single mother. With some GENTLE inner work, I was able to move through the fears and anxieties that easily plagued my everyday life. Through being coached, I had the confidence to birth the way I knew I could and in the way I wanted to. |
As a Certified Body Ready Method Coach, my goal is to facilitate alignment between your bodily system, what your body says it wants, what you want, and the actions you take in order to achieve it!
