CONTRACT

Look over the contract and if there are any special circumstances we discussed together, put it in the comments before you sign. Contact Liz for more information about service upgrades.

DEPOSIT

​Secure your doula with a Deposit, which is 1/2 the amount of your birth services.
​This means I will be on-call for birth support during your 36-42 weeks gestation period. 

INTAKE

The information you provide helps me know how I can best support you.
Answer to the best of your ability and up to your comfort level.
There are no right answers.

SCHEDULE PRENATAL VISIT

It is ideal to schedule our first visit AFTER you have taken a childbirth class.
​Each prenatal visit will last 1-2 hours.
The more time we spend together, the better I can support you in your own unique way.
